The breath is one of the most important, sacred and mysterious functions within the human body. Spiritual teachings in every tradition, religion and culture have honored the breath as the primary source of human life. Entire systems of knowledge and practice have develop around the breath.
Yogis in India created pranayama, advanced techniques that use breath control to increase and purify the human prana energy system. Monks and martial artists in China use breath to balance the body’s elemental energies, increase chi (life force energy) and purify the acupuncture meridians. In Tibet, the Buddhist monks use use the breath in meditation, chanting, and energy-increased techniques. Priests and monks in European Christianity use the breath to chant sacred sounds in spiritual worship and healing. Throughout Africa and Australia, North American and South America, the indigenous cultures honor the breath as a sacred process of life, a communion with the Creator.
In this Higher Self meditation and teaching, you are led on a 40 minute peaceful guided meditation that teaches you how to use your breath to stay in present moment awareness. Learn how to use the breath to calm and quiet your mind, balance and heal your emotions, and relax and de-stress your body. Learn how the breath is the carrier of life force energy (prana, chi, ki) within you. By correctly meditating with your breath, you can enter into meditative states of transcendental awareness and ecstasy, called Samadhi and Enlightenment.
This is a very relaxing and peaceful meditation that will help you to recognize the sacredness of your breath as a primary tool for spiritual awakening.

@Goblin9990 Just …
@Goblin9990 Just feel your breath. Do not use your imagination. Do not try to control the process. The energy within will work best when we are able to release our ego’s control and trust the Inner Intelligence.
@jonquilmusic My …
@jonquilmusic My role has always been to surrender myself into the Higher Self Consciousness within and let myself be spoken, moved, and energetically communicating as the Higher Self knows best. The more I performed this service, the more I learned about the mastery and understanding of this Deeper Self within.
Thank you for your gratitude. I am happy to offer this service to us all. Myself included….
@jonquilmusic …
@jonquilmusic There is a specific way the I speak in these videos that do have an impact on the listener. The more I performed these Higher Self teachings, the more I realized how every part of this expression has a definite reason and effect. All the words are chosen precisely to communicate to the deeper psyche / nervous system in the listener. The sound of my voice, the inflection of certain words, the rhythm, the gaze, etc.

You asked me a few days ago about the signs / siddhis on the path of spiritual growth. As you stay in this state of awareness that which is blocking your Natural State of Awakening will dissolve on it’s own, by the power of your Awareness.
It is a process that is guided from within. You will be teaching yourself from within. This inter-dimensional perception is just one example. Namaste.

I understand that words are not as important as the experience, however, the words used in these satsangs do appeal to my thoughts, reduce my resistance, and ease the surrender that allows the experience, instead of “reaching” for it. Thank you for making these sessions available.

Lincoln- Thank you. You have no idea how much I needed this meditation today.

During this video …
During this video the sun came out through the grey skies! This was truly a beautiful teaching Lincoln. When you were gazing into the camera I was also gazing back, surrendering into my heart and letting the prana come and go as it did and I seen your whole auroric field pulsing and growing-it was so wild! I’ve never experienced that before. Many thanks for this teaching-One love<3

@ChannelHigherSelf You are so beautiful!
@voidlam The video …
@voidlam The video that I created two weeks ago taught how a person’s inner energy affects his/her out expression – sound of voice, rate of speaking, tension of muscles, facial gestures, eye movement, etc. Part of what you notice is the external displays of my inner state. The other part is just genetics.
Anyone can have a beautiful expression. When we find our beauty and love within, it naturally transforms our expression in this world. Blessings and Love.
@finding0 Yes. …
@finding0 Yes. When a person has difficulty feeling and focusing upon the energy of the Spiritual Heart, then he/she should begin by using the breath awareness meditation. The physical movement of the chest and the sound of breathing is more easy to focus upon than the inner energy – because breathing is a denser activity and closer to our normal range of perception. As a person is able to quiet the mind and feel the energy of the Spiritual Heart, the focal point should then become this Center

You say placing awareness on the sacred heart is the most powerful medition. When the ego has much momentum and it is hard to bring awareness from this noise to the heart, would it be advisable to begin with a breath meditation and as ones energetic field relaxes they place awareness on the heart?
